Ray Clem has been in real estate for over 38 years as a Real Estate Broker.
During 1985-1990 Ray was the #1 agent in his geographical area for the largest Real Estate company in California, and he always ranked in the Top 10 in the State. From 1989-1991 he co-managed a 70 Agent office as well as served as a top realtor himself. From 1992 through 2004, Ray owned Eagle Realty with approximately 15 real estate agents working for the company.
Ray moved to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas in 2005 with his wife Judith. As a RE/MAX of Hot Springs Village Associate Broker, he has been a Top Producer and award winner for over 11 years.
Ray graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Marketing & Psychology; he enjoyed playing football and golf while in college, and still loves golf today. During his free time, Ray is usually on one of the 9 golf courses in the Village, boating on one of the 11 lakes or playing at the Dog Park.
